1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

An incorrect product different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used perfumes

Products without original packaging or seal

Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective)

Gift cards or complimentary items

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

Damaged items

Defective products

Incorrect orders sent by us

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
